The details of how to get the free stuff isn't available yet, but Sony has now announced what they'll be offering to PlayStation Network users as an apology for the recent outage. The following is for North America, but other regions will get similar offers.
All PSN users will get their choice of 2 PS3 games from the following list:
- Dead Nation
- inFAMOUS
- LittleBigPlanet
- Super Stardust HD
- Wipeout HD + Fury
In addition, PSP users will be able to download two PSP games from this list:
- Killzone Liberation
- LittleBigPlanet
- ModNation Racers
- Pursuit Force
And that's not all. There will be a selection of movies available for free rental over one weekend, non-PlayStation Plus users will get PlayStation Plus free for 30 days and subscribers will have 60 days added to their subscriptions, Music Unlimited Premium Trial subscription members will have 30 days added to their subscriptions, and PlayStation Home users will get 100 free Home items.
