PSP2 Graphics Processor?

It was only a matter of time before the excitement of the PSP-2000 and PSP-3000 gave way once again to rumors of a PSP2. This time, though, it looks like the rumors may have a little more substance than previously.

Sony appears to have partnered with graphics processor company Imagination Technologies Group to create a new graphics processor core, which would presumably be for the PSP2. And here I was planning to buy a PSP-3000. Well, I probably will anyway, as a PSP2 is probably still a couple of years away even if the rumors are true. (Via Kotaku and PSP Updates.)
