Official PSP Theme Creator

I almost missed this one: over at PSP Fanboy there's news about an official Sony PSP Theme Creator that can be downloaded from the Japanese official PlayStation site. Apparently, the program actually runs in English, even though the instructions are in Japanese. Unfortunately, it's PC only, so I won't be creating any new themes for my machines. Sigh.
