New Official PlayStation Magazine on the Way

Future US, "the leading publisher of cutting-edge special interest magazines and websites," recently announced that they will be publishing the new US PlayStation: The Official Magazine, starting with a Holiday 2007 issue out in late November. Future is already publisher of the official PS magazine in the UK, among other magazines. The new magazine will be

the definitive news, previews and reviews publication for PlayStation enthusiasts and users. It will offer users unprecedented access to the world of PlayStation and product special features made possible by the magazine's exclusive relationship with SCEA.

There will be thirteen issues a year--presumably one a month plus a holiday special issue--but there's no word yet on whether or not it will include any demo discs. Personally, I like demo discs, even if I can download the same stuff from the PlayStation store. (Source: Future US Press Release, October 1, 2007)
